Hangers are beautiful! No complaint about the quality. However, the experience with this shop was far from great. I placed the order on July 14 and the confirmation said item would ship by August 4. That date came and went and by August 22, it still showed as not dispatched and I hadn't received a single message from the seller explaining the delay. I sent a message asking for an update and received an auto reply saying shop was on vacation until end of September!! I guess the owner got my message bc hangers were shipped after. But until today no message from the shop or explanation for the delay.

Awful company. Ordered this item in mid July for a bridal show in early September. Still haven’t shipped and I keep being told by the owner they will ship it tomorrow or it will get to me on time for September 3rd. Still has not gone out and no updated. They have gotten paid including shipping but I do not have the product

When I placed my order I told the shop when the bridal shower was and that it was a gift for my sister and asked if there was any way possible to have it by that date. I had to message the shop 3-4 different times.
